I read Who Fears Death when it was nominated for the Nebula, and thought it was amazing. It didn’t feel like anything else I had ever read, and I was rooting for her to win. I was happy to see her win this award!

This one is definitely on my list to read. I am just waiting for a cheaper used copy to become available.

Congrats to Nnedi Okorafor! "Who Fears Death" seemed like a very original work to me, very different from fantasy novels I’d read before. I ranked it in the top-half of the nominees. It’s even more impressive that she won the award with (I believe) her first adult fantasy novel! Also, thanks for mentioning me :).
