Winner: Lost Everything – Brian Francis Slattery (Tor)
Special Citation: Lovestar – Andri Snær Magnason (Seven Stories)

I’ve only read Lovestar, but it was brilliant and easily the best I’ve read in a ling time. If a book beat it–I’ll read it. I expect to be blown away.
