I’m an occasional reader of The Art of Manliness blog, but somehow I missed a huge book list they posted last week: Fiction for Men as Suggested by Art of Manliness Readers.

Some of the genre book highlights from the list include:

The rest of the list ain’t bad, neither, with recommendations for David Foster Wallace, Robert Penn Warren, Larry McMurtry, and a lot more.

Thanks Jonathan.I stumbled on this weird and wonderful site about a year ago,and at the moment am stilltrying to fill the gaps I have with their adventure book list, which is very good.I particularly enjoyed the original first edition covers.I must go an have a look at this latest list. You know, because I don’t have a humongous TBR list, only one step lower that that, enormous.I am already cursing the post informing us of all those new Masterworks, when I haven’t even reached halfway with the original list.Aarrgghh.All together now,let us recite the mantra..”so many books,so little time.”
