First prize and any special citations will be announced on Friday, April 3, 2015 at Norwescon 38 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Seattle Airport, SeaTac, Washington.

One read one thus far: Memory of Water. It’s beautifully written. The pace is slow but a good match for one of the main plots, that of revolving around learning and performing the tea ceremony. It could be considered YA and a dystopia- but that would be pigeon-holing the story unjustly.
