- Dancing with Bears – Michael Swanwick (Night Shade Books)
- Osama – Lavie Tidhar(PS Publishing)

The winner will be announced during the Campbell Conference, July 5-8, 2012.

Great to see a Gene Wolfe!!! It’s on my list to read asap.
I still have so many of these to read, but I like seeing so many of the newer writers on this list. I thought that was the point of this award, but clearly not with Wolfe and Mieville on there!
